Sales Associate

LunaMetrics is looking for a full-time Sales Associate.  The position will report to the acting director of the sales team (our CEO), but will be supervised on a day to day basis by our Senior Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing a thorough, commercial understanding of all products and services provided by LunaMetrics.
  • Assisting in the lead qualification processes applied to inbound inquiries and requests.
  • Developing and closing some of our inbound leads. 
  • Creating, developing and closing outbound sales opportunities
  • Helping to respond to proposal requests, preparing sales materials and collateral, and generating client contracts.
  • Providing analysis and research, including compiling prospect backgrounds and performing competitive analysis.
  • Ensuring that the sales team has the required sales materials and support information for sales calls and RFP responses.
  • Attending out of town trainings on a semi-monthly basis to assist with prospect identification.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4-5 years of sales experience a must, preferably in selling technical consulting or a technical product/service like SAAS
  • Experience in digital media, web analytics or search marketing.  Experience with Google Analytics is not required but is strongly desirable. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
